Privacy Policy

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop they make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

1.2 We do our utmost to update our webshop as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Delsing reserves the right to adjust or alter the price of our products at our discretion at any given time.

1.4 In the case we are unable to deliver orders, the customer is contacted and will be given the opportunity to cancel the order, this in accordance with the terms in the order confirmation. In the case of an advanced payment your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery a new delivery date will be offered. However, if this is not desirable you will also have the option to cancel the order.

1.5 If no payment is made, we will cancel the order.

2.2 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details.

3.1 We will be using DHL worldwide as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on our Shipping page.

3.2 Customers from outside the European Union (EU) are excluded of VAT (Dutch sales tax BTW). Customers will find the non-EU price displayed under the regular price on the product detail page. After you have confirmed that your billing address is outside the EU in the checkout, the VAT will be excluded from your order.

3.3 We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU). We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or wrongly delivered packages by the carrier as we only function as an intermediary between our customers and the carrier.

As soon as your package(s) is dispatched you will receive a tracking code to follow your order process.

5.1 At Delsing we shoot all the photos that are shown on the website with great care. We do our utmost to show you the product in it’s true form, fit and color in an atmosphere that suits our brand. If the product you have received does not match with the images or description on our webshop, feel free to return the product or get in contact with us at contact@delsing.com.

5.2 After receiving the product we will check if we approve the claim. When the claim is approved, you will be informed. We will then send you a new product along with compensation of the return-shipping costs or, if we are unable to replace or repair your product, we will refund you for both the product and the return-shipping costs.

6.2 The product must be returned in an unused state. The product should be returned inside all original packaging, price labels, etc. without having been tampered with. The product must be complete with the original sales invoice and return form.  All the original packaging must be accompanied with the item including accessories, price tags, hang tags, authenticity cards, boxes and dust bags, and the item itself must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept products that are returned with signs of use, without a box or with a damaged box.

6.3 When the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. We will send the refused returned or exchanged item(s) back to the customer without granting a refund.

6.4 Costumers will be responsible and charged for the return-shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation, because, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. This means you are responsible for the package when it gets lost or is otherwise not received by us.

If you want to exchange your product please contact us at contact@delsing.com. Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other product is reserved for you.

8.1 All the content found on the website and webshop of Delsing including logos, photographs, and videos belong to Delsing and is copyrighted.
